Buffalo Event Space is a modern, flexible venue in Cheektowaga, just outside the city. Corporate training, a birthday party, a baby shower or a full production recording — the room adapts to what you're hosting instead of forcing your event into a banquet-hall template.
You pick the layout (5-foot rounds, banquet rows or bistro tables), the linens and the extras. We handle the setup, the sound and the screens, so you can focus on your guests.

We're at 15 Industrial Pkwy in Cheektowaga — just behind the 7-Eleven on French Road, a short drive from downtown Buffalo, the Thruway and Buffalo Niagara International Airport. The lot is free for your guests.

Pricing depends on your date, the package and any add-ons — from a simple 2-hour rental with tables and chairs to all-inclusive 12-hour packages with food, a photo booth and sound. Send your details and we'll get you pricing for your date.
Our full packages include a 12-hour room rental, so you have time to decorate, celebrate and clean up without watching the clock. For something short and simple, Buffalo Basics is a 2-hour rental with tables and chairs.
Several packages include food — pizza or cold subs with All Out in the 716; pizza, wings or a taco bar with Tailgate Takeover — plus full use of the kitchen (refrigerator/freezer, oven, microwave and sink). We can also arrange delivered catering from our catering partners.
Yes — that's the point of a flexible room. Choose round, banquet or bistro tables and linens in multiple colors, then add balloon arches, custom backdrops, centerpieces or uplighting from our add-on menu.
